  • College/university fee structure
  • Admission process
  • Refund policies
  • Course cancellation or discontinuation
  • Accreditation or recognition status (AICTE, NCTE, PCI, BCI, UGC, etc.)

3. Consultancy Charges Are Non-Refundable

We charge consultancy fees only for the services we provide (course suggestion, counselling, admission support, loan consultancy, etc.). Once a service has been availed:

  • The consultancy fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
  • We do not guarantee any fee refund from the college/university.
  • We are not responsible for admissions not confirmed, withdrawn, or cancelled.

4. Education Loan Consultancy (Paid)

Education loan guidance is offered as a paid service only. Admission Ally does not sanction or disburse loans — we only assist in the application process. Approval or rejection of a loan application is entirely at the discretion of the financial institution or bank.

5. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Admission Ally:

  • Does not warrant the completeness or reliability of all data (e.g., seat availability, course details, fee structure).
  • Is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information on the website or shared through consultancy.
  • Advises all users to cross-verify details with the respective college/university or official authority before taking action.
