Refund Policy

  1. No refund will be provided after a counseling session has been completed.
  2. If we cancel or miss a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.
  3. If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund or reschedule your session.
  4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled once.
