By using our website, services, and consultancy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before proceeding with any paid or free services from Admission Ally.

1. Nature of Services

  • Admission Ally provides admission-related consultancy and support to students and parents based on the availability of seats in affiliated or partnered colleges and universities.
  • We offer both free and paid consultancy, including online counselling, admission assistance, and promotional services for educational institutions.

2. No Guarantee or Admission Guarantee

  • Admission Ally does not guarantee admission in any college or university.
  • Admission opportunities are based on availability of seats, eligibility, merit, and timely application by the student.
  • While we guide and support you to the best of our knowledge and capacity, final admission decisions lie solely with the respective institution.

3. No Responsibility for College Policies

  • We are not responsible for any college or university’s internal policies, rules, delays, cancellations, or changes related to admission, course structure, fee structure, or refund policy.
  • Students are strongly advised to verify all institutional terms and conditions before making any payments or confirming admission.

4. Refund and Fee Liability

  • Admission Ally does not collect or handle college tuition or admission fees. All such payments are to be made directly by students to the college/university.
  • We do not take any responsibility for refund claims of any kind related to fees paid to educational institutions.
  • We do not provide any fee refund from colleges/universities under any circumstances.

5. Consultancy Fee Policy

  • Our consultancy fee is charged solely for the guidance and support provided during the admission process.
  • Our fee is non-refundable once the service has been delivered, irrespective of whether the student proceeds with admission or not.
  • We do not charge for college admission or guarantee any kind of refund post-admission.

6. Student Responsibility

  • Students and parents must make the final decision regarding admission, course selection, and payment to institutions after their own due diligence and confirmation from the concerned college/university.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to cross-verify eligibility criteria, recognition status (AICTE, NCTE, PCI, BCI, UGC, etc.), infrastructure, fee structure, and refund policies of the institutions.

7. Counsellor Authorization

  • Our counsellors are authorized by partner colleges/universities for admission guidance only.
  • This authorization does not imply any legal, financial, or refund-related responsibility on behalf of the college or university.

8. Promotional Offers & Coupons

  • Admission coupons and discount offers are provided only as per promotional schemes by partner institutions, and their validity, scope, and applicability are subject to the college’s discretion.

9. Misuse or Misrepresentation

  • Any misuse of our platform, misrepresentation of services, or attempt to bypass our consultancy structure shall lead to termination of service and potential legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Admission Ally shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, expense, or dissatisfaction arising from the student’s admission decision or college/university services.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to us for consultancy services only.

11. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with the services of Admission Ally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Moradabad Uttar Pradesh , India.
